Government SBIR programs Phase II and III and private sector projects of scientists and technologists are commercialized by adding value, structure, and collaborating with strategic alliances. As a Collaborator and Deal Maker, Robert adds resources to projects in the form of the right people, the right assets, and the right capital at the right time.
